With the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the communications field is undergoing a significant transformation. AI technologies provide new opportunities through automatization and data-driven insights, making various processes more efficient and effective.
However, this popular topic has also raised concerns as many are unsure how to navigate the AI-driven world. In particular, Savion Ray’s “Women in Comms” breakfasts have consistently witnessed the participants being curious about the emerging AI tactics for EU public affairs. As an early adopter of AI-powered communications, our team felt the responsibility to share the best in-house AI practices with our Brussels community.
Choosing a way to share Savion Ray’s AI insights with the “Brussels-bubble” professionals was a cornerstone decision. We needed a platform to demonstrate our experience and best practices without fluff or heavy terminology. Sharing AI knowledge requires a space where individuals of diverse AI backgrounds can come together to explore the potential of new tools and collaborate on innovative strategies.
Deriving our inspiration from the “Women in Comms” breakfast, we decided to re-create a similar collaborative environment in the form of a “lean coffee format” where guests are the driving force behind the discussion, filling their appetites with pastries and AI insights.
The Hungry for AI concept encouraged the attendees to dive into AI tools, language models, trends, and best practices in a casual morning workshop atmosphere. Symbolically, we have used AI-generated images to align the concept of the event and the central topic of discussion with our core brand style and presentation theme.
To turn the Hungry for AI workshop into a hands-on experience rather than a lecture about AI, we demonstrated our AI strategies in real time, using live input from our participants. This included methods to generate better AI outputs, creating custom GPTs, and techniques for using AI in strategy brainstorming. The event concluded with a round of questions and discussions, where participants compared insights over a hot cup of coffee.
Hungry for AI workshop was a resounding success, with enthusiastic participants filling the room and prompting the need for additional seats. Feedback from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive, underscoring the event’s impact and effectiveness.
