Founder and CEO

Bisera is a communications professional and creative strategist based in Brussels, who founded Savion Ray about 8 years ago. She works with internationally renowned brands and organisations, helping them develop effective digital communications, producing high-quality video campaigns and impactful social experiments. Prior to Savion Ray, she worked as a Head of Communications for a woman empowerment organisation and headed digital teams for Brussels based consultancies.

Public Affairs Director

Jeta is a public affairs and communications strategist with over 15 years of experience ensuring creative storytelling translates into the desired impact for clients. In Brussels, she has successfully led people and processes at Eurochild and the European Social Network to improve strategic communications and advocacy. While her strength is grasping complex policy issues to provide strategic intelligence, Jeta can also wear the hat of a creative storyteller, having led cross-functional teams in creative campaigns for luxury and travel brands in Vienna and Geneva. She is fluent in Albanian, English, Serbian, and also speaks French and Spanish.

Creative Director

Oriana is our Creative Director, responsible for conceptualizing visuals and illustrations based on client requirements. As a part of her day-to-day work, she does art direction, graphics, illustrations, logos, and website designs. Her strong portfolio features a variety of styles of illustrations, graphics, and layouts. She creates designs with a keen eye for aesthetics and details, understanding the latest trends and their role in a commercial and social environment. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Account Director

As one of our Account Directors, Nelly is always enthusiastic to discover valuable customer insights, leading the project and stakeholder management and ensuring our successful portfolio. She has more than 10 years of experience in marketing campaigns, sales and business pitches, 360 communication campaigns for  international clients within the IT & Communication, FMCG, utilities, banking and manufacturing sectors. Outside of work, Nelly is part of Bulgarian platform for donations developed and supported by volunteers only, mom of 2 and outdoor activities lover. Nelly is fluent in both Bulgarian and English and also speaks Spanish and German.

Business Development Director

Business Development Director

Aleksandar is a senior business development professional with more than 20 years of experience in senior management roles. With extensive experience in companies such as Procter&Gamble and A1, he now leads Savion Ray’s business development activities. Aleksandar is a skilled negotiator and strategist with a proven track record of growing businesses and departments. Outside of work, Aleksandar is a hobby photographer since primary school and loves to capture beautiful landscapes. He is a native of Macedonia, fluent in English.

Account Manager

Milena Uzunova is an Account Manager, responsible for maintaining great client relationships and leading various projects within the team to deliver results better than expected. Her background includes client service and project ownership of digital, creative, and event campaigns of international companies such as Coca-Cola, Porsche Group, Lenovo, and Rolex, as well as running political campaigns. She is fluent in Bulgarian, English, and Spanish.

EU Public Affairs Executive

Alexandra is our public affairs executive passionate about EU policy research, democratisation in Eastern Europe, disinformation and influence operations. She monitors media and policy developments, conducts policy research for our clients, including public affairs stakeholders mapping and events. Outside of the office, she is working on publishing her personal research and also plays the bagpipe. Alexandra is fluent in English and Bulgarian, and speaks Spanish.

Senior Graphic Designer

Mafalda is our senior graphic designer who combines her sense of esthetic and high-level expertise to deliver quality designs to our clients. Her portfolio includes a wide range of styles of illustrations, graphics, logos, and visual identities. She has an analytical understanding of corporate design and the ability to absorb new ideas and concepts from different realities, cultures, and styles, finding a message in each new experience. Coming from Portugal, she is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English and also speaks Italian.

Junior Graphic Designer

Paulette is our graphic designer who combines her knowledge in design, art, and culture to create telling graphics and inspire the audience. She also works on creating user-friendly interfaces for clients’ websites using her passion for UX and UI design. Outside of work, Paulette is a dancer that loves to travel and learn new things in each place. A native Ecuadorian, she is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English.

Copywriter

Viktor is a skilled writer with experience in the fields of international relations, journalism, and mass communications. He is responsible for transforming our client’s solutions into engaging messages through social media publications, newsletters, blog articles, scripts, and any other form of written content. As a person interested in public affairs, he is also involved in media monitoring and keeping track of the most recent policy updates and relevant events. Coming from Ukraine, Viktor fluently speaks English, Ukrainian, and Bulgarian.

Social Media Content Creator

Georgina is our Social Media Content Creator. She manages various social media platforms, works with multimedia visuals and copy, and collaborates with the rest of the team on communications projects. As a person interested in the digital world, Georgina is also involved in media monitoring and keeping track of the latest industry trends. Outside of work, she is a music lover and enjoys traveling. Coming from Peru, she is fluent in Spanish, English, German, and also speaks French.

Executive Assistant 

Adelina is our Executive Assistant, who proactively applies analytical approaches to management of numerous crucial internal processes at any level. She provides extensive and multiple diary management support as well as coordinating and implementing assigned administrative functions. Her background includes a Master’s degree in Philosophy and a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Studies. Adelina is also fluent in Bulgarian and English

Web Developer

Obed is a senior software engineer with 7+ years of experience in software development. He is skilled in WordPress development, UI and UX design, and a number of coding languages. His work includes the development of user-friendly websites for different European institutions. Outside of work, Obed is an avid reader and a professional mentor who helps students and engineers learn web development. He is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.

Animation Designer

Hermina is a skilled animation and motion graphics designer with experience in 2D animation, explainer videos, and character design. She crafts beautiful animations in a creative and original manner that grab the attention of the audience. Outside of work, Hermina is a positive and curious person, currently residing in Portugal. A native of Romania, Hermina is fluent in English, Romanian, and French.

Accountant

Asia is an experienced and responsible accountant who has been with Savion Ray for the past 8 years. She makes sure our numbers are always in check and takes care of our financials. Asia is a native of Bulgaria, fluent in Bulgarian, Russian and English.
