Tailored Training for Better Understanding of Technology
AI is a hot topic as many professionals and organizations seek to leverage it for better performance and efficiency. After attending our Hungry for AI workshop, WindEurope invited us to share the insights and conduct a personalized workshop for their team to gain a deeper understanding of AI and its applications.
WindEurope sought a customized experience. They asked for a workshop that would address their professional challenges, organizational goals, and communication strategies in greater detail. Savion Ray was fully prepared to meet this request, designing a half-day session that focused on AI solutions relevant to WindEurope’s case.
To ensure a comprehensive learning experience, we had to identify specific topics that WindEurope wanted to delve into as a part of the upcoming training. We surveyed the attendees in advance to evaluate their current usage of AI and identify the tools they were familiar with or interested in exploring further.
Based on the survey results, we tailored the presentation to their AI knowledge level. We selected the most relevant tools and examples for demonstration to showcase AI’s practical applications. We engaged extensively with various OpenAI features to address different topics in the wind energy sector and opened the floor for discussions which made the workshop more informative and engaging.
The tailored workshop received overwhelmingly positive feedback and was marked by active participation. The room was filled with a lively exchange of questions and discussions on concerns related to AI. As a result, attendees not only gained increased confidence in using AI but were also inspired by its practical applications in their professional contexts.
This interactive and informative session left participants equipped and excited to integrate AI solutions effectively into their roles and projects.
